Kevelyn Luna

Kevelyn is a dedicated paralegal at Rafael Tirado & Associates, where she works closely with clients navigating the U.S. immigration system. As the daughter of immigrants, her connection to immigration law is deeply personal. Growing up with an understanding of the sacrifices, challenges, and aspirations that accompany the immigrant experience inspired her passion for serving individuals and families pursuing a better future in the United States.

Kevelyn focuses on green card renewals, work permit renewals, DACA renewals, FOIA requests, Advance Parole, and Military Parole in Place matters. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, enabling her to communicate clearly and effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and ensuring they feel informed, respected, and supported throughout their cases.

She earned an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from Glendale Community College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Law at the University of Arizona, with an expected graduation in May 2028. In addition to her bachelor’s degree, she is pursuing minors in Spanish and Criminal Justice, further expanding her legal knowledge and strengthening her ability to serve the immigrant community.

Kevelyn is committed to continuing her education and developing the legal skills necessary to become an immigration attorney and advocate for those in need. She hopes to use her personal experiences, education, and dedication to help immigrants navigate an often-complex legal system and remind them that they are not alone—that there is a community willing to stand with them and advocate on their behalf.
