Founding Attorney and CEO

Rafael Tirado is the founding attorney of the firm Rafael Tirado & Associates, focusing his practice on immigration, international trade, business law, accidents, and personal injury. With over 20 years of legal experience and licensure in both the United States and Mexico, Mr. Tirado provides strategic legal solutions for individuals and businesses navigating complex cross-border matters.

Mr. Tirado brings a unique international perspective to his practice. He earned his law degree in Mexico before obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Trade Law from the University of Arizona. His bicultural and bilingual background allows him to effectively represent clients throughout the United States and Latin America.

Mr. Tirado provides comprehensive immigration services to individuals, businesses, healthcare institutions, and educational organizations. His work includes the preparation and submission of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications. He also represents clients in removal and deportation defense, including bond hearings in Immigration Court.

In addition to his immigration practice, Mr. Tirado has successfully recovered millions of dollars on behalf of clients in personal injury/accident and wrongful death cases. His practice also includes international business and real estate matters in Mexico, where he advises clients on property acquisition, title review, corporate structuring, permits, and cross-border investments.

Mr. Tirado has extensive experience structuring and implementing bi-national business operations, helping clients seamlessly operate in both Mexico and the United States. He is also actively involved in the community, frequently participating in outreach efforts and educational events to inform individuals about their legal rights and immigration options.
