Aadi Palaniappan

Aadithya Palaniappan was born in Coimbatore, India and moved to the United States when he was three years old on an H-4 Visa. Nearly twenty years later, he finally had the opportunity of attaining US Citizenship. This exposure to immigration law at a young age and navigating this complicated pathway naturally led to his interest in Immigration Law.

He earned his undergraduate degree at Saint Louis University where he studied Health Management & Policy where he was first exposed to analyzing the regulatory framework in the US, which further increased his interest in the law. Once he enrolled at Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, he was determined to gain exposure to Immigration Law. To that extent, he took Immigration Law & Policy and the Immigration Clinic.

Prior to joining Rafael Tirado & Associates, Aadithya worked primarily in corporate law where he honed his legal research and drafting abilities. He has also volunteered with public interest organizations specializing in immigration work. At Rafael Tirado & Associates, he is determined to fight for the rights of immigrants.

Outside the legal career, Aadithya enjoys playing soccer, reading books and watching movies
